Nikki is such a help! She has went above and beyond to help me in my search for a new home. She sends me a variety of listings that are specific to what I am looking for. I love that I can ALWAYS get in touch with her, and she is so quick to take on any task or find out any answer to a question I might have. She is honest and truthful about any possible issues she sees in houses that she’s shown me…this makes me feel like she truly cares about me, my wants/needs in a home and not just trying to make a sell to make money. I feel that Nikki is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, and I am confident (just by what I know of her personality) that she will be aggressive in making a deal happen (that is within my budget) when we find the place that I decide I want to call home! Kind, patient, sincere, and professional is how my wife and I would describe Nikki Buckner. It was actually, for once, an enjoyable experience viewing potential new homes with her as she never made us feel like we were annoying her.
